Consultation And Oral Exam

   A consultation helps you find the right denturist and the right denture services to meet your needs and expectations. During a consultation, our denturist can tell you more about the high-quality services and advanced technology we offer. If you decide to become one of our patients, we provide a new patient examination to establish your dental needs and determine how we can improve your oral health.

Treatment Planning

After your initial consultation, the denturist will recommend a specific treatment plan for you based on your oral condition and your expected outcomes. There will be alternate treatment plans provided if for some reason you cannot proceed with the recommended treatment; these reasons include financial or medical reasons.

The appearance and health of your smile are important for your self-esteem and overall health. We want to help our patients make choices that work for them, and we can present all of your options as part of planning your treatment.

Comprehensive New Patient Exam

As a new patient, you receive a comprehensive exam so we can establish your current oral health, dental needs and cosmetic dental goals. From this foundation, we can provide the dentistry that will be the most effective for you.

Your exam will be one-on-one with the denturist and will include:

• Checking your head and neck for any signs of problems
• An oral cancer screening exam
• Looking for signs of gum disease
• Examining the function of your TMJs
• Taking intraoral photos of your mouth
• Establishing your current and past medical history

This exam gives the denturist a complete picture of your dental and overall health. The exam lets the denturist better understand your oral health status, and what treatments may or may not be effective for you. We believe in providing individualized care, and we base all aspects of your treatment on your personal goals and your health.
